We are continuing our study of "Atoms and Elements" with the Periodic table this week! Essential Question:  How are elements arranged on the periodic table? How can the properties of elements be predicted based on its location in the periodic table? Wednesday is Early Dismissal Day! Early Dismissal will be at 2:30 p.m. this year :)  Essential Question : What are the parts of the atom? How do the subatomic particles of an atom compare? We have our first unit test on THURSDAY! The test is worth 50% of your grade. A study guide will be given out on Tuesday.  Essential Question:  How can we differentiate between pure substances and mixtures?
